I gave my son a new door keypad for his birthday. We installed it and it works fine. Apparently we ran the cable from the keypad to the connector incorrectly, and the first time the window was rolled down, the back of the keypad disengaged with the front. (I'm sure the window mechanism snagged the wiring). Easy to fix.

Doofus me - I installed the wiring incorrectly again, and it happened again. Now, however, the power windows will not function. I get a clicking sound out of the master switch, but the windows (none of them) will operate. I need help.

I would check the fuses first, maybe when that wire caught on the way down it arched out a fuse.

I would unplug the keypad and see if the windows work then, just to get the only thing you changed out of the way. If that has no effect, I would check to see if you pulled a wire out of a harness, sometimes a 8th of a inch is all it takes to disconnect. It might still look like their all in their plastic connectors, but one or 2 might be pulled out a hair.

And if by chance the master switch went out remember the keypad code is stored in that master switch, so if you change it you will need the 5 digit code off the new master switch to work the keypad.
