problem after new plugs and wire intalled

I replaced my wires and spark plugs on my 99 eldorado and now my message center says remote recall disabled,wtf?I thought(hoping) maybe just a glitch from disconecting the batt. I go into the message center and turn Remote recall on ,it turns on. then I turn ignition off ,pull key out ,turn ignition on and you guessed it comes up remote memory disabled.The message center says all monitored systems ok and there are no codes!!! The car has been to the dealer( 5 star dealer) and thay cant fix it .What could I possably have done to cause this or is it just a coincedence?

Sounds like the dealership is pulling your leg. They should know what it is. I believe it can be reactivated the Remote Recall through the DIC. Otherwise you may want to try disconnecting the battery for about 30 minutes and see if it resets the computer and eliminates the problem.
