Problem getting refund from Team Ford

Hey I just had to ask, has anyone else had a problem getting a refund back from Team Ford? I haven't had a problem getting parts, but when I returned a part back in August of this year still no refund. I have called, and emailed time and time again. I even asked if I could just get a store credit and order somethingelse and no luck. I have finally just given up on getting my $50 back. I just want to tell you guys watch out if you decide to return in item. I love their website, but they just may have lost a customer

Have to agree 100% best ML service for parts. I am located in Canada, ordered part and even called me back. GREAT SERVICE.
