I have my NOS wet kit fully installed on my mark viii and i went to test to make sure that it was getting fuel. When i first open the solenoids at idle (bottle closed) the fuel line didnt spray any fuel out and was actually a vacuum.
My friend also suggested that I could possibly have a variable speed fuel pump so I put a rag over the end of the line going out of the fuel solenoid and drove it at WOT with the switch on and the rag didnt get a drop of fuel on it. After nothing happened there I figured that I could possibly need a pill in the nozzle to get enough pressure the build up so the fuel would go through the solenoid, but that didnt work either.
Since there is a vacuum in the line when the switch is flipped and it stops when the switch is turned off then the solenoid must be opening, the nitrous noid works, I sent some nitrous through the line and it came out fine.
What gives?
