Wish they made these for the LS...

I'm not too fond of these specific ones, but I have seen ones that i really liked... I dont like the clear ones with the shiny crap around them, just like I dont liek the clear tail lights makes the car look cheap..

i like the projectors if you use the retrofit kit. but that crap they got on the civics are cheeeez. theres a few ls's that have done the retrofit kits they end up lookin real nice. as far as tail lights go the half clear half red looks sharp. I saw a few smoked that looked nice on black ls's. and i agree with motts clear tail lights just kill the cars look

retro fit kit????? any idea where to get it? how much?

They don't make any actual bolt on retros. You would have to get a set of projectors/bulbs/ballasts from eBay. I had a set from the Audi's custom installed in my old headlights and they didn't turn out too great. It's not an easy custom job and would probably cost somewhere around 700 after parts and labor. Check out HIDplanet.com for info.

i personally like our headlights especially if you have them cleared out and angel eyed.

I still have my 03-05 HID's sitting in the garage. I haven't had any time to put them in. I've been waiting to put mine in when I have the bumper off. This way I can change bracket and do a complete how to on the switch over. Also, I'll have the bumper off so that I can add the mesh bottom grille.

What r u doing with your current lower grille? Am I correct in saying that it looks like the same pattern as the mclearn grille? And its also painted to our paint code? Will it fit the standard LS bumper or do I need the LSE kit? I would be interested in it if it will fit!!

Thanks

I'll keep the lower grille just in case but I had to shorten it to fit behind the bumper. My lower grille was purchased from ametco.com. When I was part of LLSOC there was a group buy for a large piece and one of the members cut the big sheet into smaller sections.

So what you are telling me is that my odds of me finding this stuff is going to be hard? Damn looks good oh well thought I would take a stab at it.

Am I right in saying that 2002 and lower cannot take the hids.

Oh! I thought you were the one that bought those. It was someone else on here. Sorry to make your wallet start to shrink!
