Hello All,
I've been a proud new owner of a 2004 Lincoln LS Ultimate for the past 3 months, and I've been coming here for information for most of that time as well. I figured it was about time I actually registered and joined the forums. I got a great deal on a 2004 with a LOT of miles (155K to be exact) that had a couple of issues that I figured I could live with and fix on my own.
Thanks to the wealth of knowledge here I have already fixed a few things on my LS including:
Swapped out a whiny rear diff with one from a 2006 model with about 80K miles, no more whine.
Added a FRD-AUX03 PIE adapter to my THX/NAV unit so I could have aux input.
And just yesterday I changed the plastic thermostat housing, pipe to the block and crossover pipe with brand new parts from fordpartsgiant.com.
Here are some pictures of my ride, I'm not sure if I'm going to be doing any mods, it already has HID lights and I like the wheels somewhat, the ride height is also already low enough IMHO since I have to go incredibly slow over bumps so I don't bottom out. Let me know what you think:
