I need help installing Photoshop! Im trying out the PS elements! And when i click on it it says inaacore.dll not detected.??????

Uninstall the software, and reinstall again.
Be sure and reboot after the installation.
If this dosen't work, you may have to go into the registry and deleate the folder completely and re-install again.
Sometimes there is a bad sector that dosen't install correctly for any number of reasons.
Removing all entries concerning this particular program in the registry and reinstalling may solve the problem.
