What do you have to do to the Air Pump assembly to make the pulleys fit on a 96 Mark VIII? Looks like it almost touches the crank pulley.

ttt, no one has installed a set of pulleys on a 96-98 Mark VIII? Geno?

Some people just remove it and the lines as well. I removed the bracket and left the pump in place.

I just cut the tubes, plugged the holes on the manifolds, and had the tuner turn off the thermactor..

You just unblot it for the install then re install it. One word of caution, if you live in a state that reads this for emissions (I know NJ does for a fact) you will not LEGALLY pass inspection with this removed. We just had to re install it on Walts car.
