Looking to replace my air suspension on my 97 Mark VIII. Looked at Arnott, Strutmasters & Suncore. Has anyone ever had experience with any of these companies? Im looking for quality parts and good tech support. Going to replace front struts, rear a/s & dryer. What do you guys recommend? Thanks...

i had my front struts changed, and i went with arnott. so far so good, no problems (knock on woodtrim)! the struts have a 12mo 12k mile warranty!

Arnott seems to be the one im leaning too, but i just wanted some more experienced input.... Appreciate the info. thanks.

When I needed new parts, I looked at Arnott, and Strutmasters. I ordered new rear air springs from Strutmasters.

When they arrived, they turned out to be Arnott brand air springs!

The weird thing is, the price shown on the Strutmasters web page was lower than what was on Arnott's web page.

Go with Strutmasters.

Cool... same brand cheaper price.... ill definately go cheaper!!! thanks

I also recommend American Air Suspension as a good place for parts. If you need a new compressor, that's the first place you should look to get one.

Nobody else has mentioned this yet, so I will:

You got a few thousand bucks? If not, think about doing a coil conversion. $400 in parts and you can do the work yourself. Permanent solution, probably outlives your car.

I will give american air suspension and max a call. i would like to keep the air suspension, and of course keep the damage (price) to a minimum.... but if not possible, coil conversion is an option... thanks to all.

Eddie at American air suspension.

parts are parts, but if its quality, price, and tech support/warranty care, you cant beat Eddie. Period.

Of course, I am VERY biased. I have never called any of the other companies. But that is because I have never needed to.

Just visit Eddie's web site...take a look at all he has to offer-technical help, improved/preventative maintenance products, and the best customer service in the industry, hands down.

Eddie at American Air Suspension is the best.

if you don't pick Eddie, then contact Max at 5 Star Ford.

My first, only, and last experience with Arnott was absolutely horrible.
