Hey guys I am wanting to change my bolt pattern to 5x4.5 and I was just wondering if anyone knew if I could just change out the brake rotors to something with the studs in a 5x4.5 bolt pattern so I can put on some different wheels. I have also heard about having rotors redrilled. What do you guys think? Any VALUED input would be appreciate. Thanks!

You cannot just change rotors to change to 4.50 B.C. The HUBS need to change to 4.50 B.C. then the rotors need to be redrilled or ovaled out to the 4.50 B.C. to slide over the studs in hub. Other option is wheel adapters. These bolt on to car and have 4.50 studs sticking out of it. These are thick so will move wheel out about inch. I'm really not a fan of these. But I did machine up billet steel ones with NHRA 3" studs for my stang when I put SVO rims on her.

This mod is very likely to be MUCH more hassle than it could be worth. I speak from experience. I once modified a 4-lug set-up '79 Mustang to accept 5X4.5. If you must do it, GOOD LUCK!!!

Yeah this is seeming to be a lost cause lol. I have found a website however that has custom wheels and is the only place that makes the wheels I want in the bolt pattern for the LS so I believe I have won the almost impossible fight!!! Lol Thanks guys
