Hello Lincoln LS community. I searched through the forums but am having a hard time pin pointing a solution to my problem. If any of you could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. The first problem I am having is with the rear battery. I am trying to zero in on what it is exactly I need to bring it back to OEM. It looks like the original owner replaced the battery and forgot to reattach the hold down bar (naming??) and instead used bungee cords. Please review the picture below and confirm if that is all I need to source and if the second picture is the correct part I am missing:

Only needed part?

The second issue I am having is with the cargo net that goes in the trunk. I've searched these forums as well as the internet but am unable to find any pictures showing where it goes. Does anyone happen to know where this net happens to go? I have the screws/hardware that comes with it, just can't figure out the placement. This is what I've come up with so far:

I don't have an LS any longer and can't help with the battery but I am almost certain that the Cargo Net does not attach to the Trunk Lid. Look for 'hooks' on the rear, like I see in my Town Car.

All2kool you wouldn't be able to provide any pics would you? And I believe I solved my battery issue... I sourced some strut covers today and the guy that had the parts car said I'm only missing the piece that goes over the battery (hold down arm).

It looks right, but make sure the rubber vent tube is properly connected to the battery a d the car

Hey FDR, thanks for chipping in bro. I met a guy who is gonna source the holding bar for me as we found out that's the only missing part. At the moment the battery is just sitting there being held by a bungee cord . And yes, that vent tube is connected to the battery then goes what appears to be out to the inside of the rear bumper. The original owner had it disconnected :slam.
