I Am Wondering If There Are 2 Brake Setups For The 85 Lsc. I Noticed That Some Have The Plastic Brake Resovior And Mine Has The Cast Or Steel. Was There A Difference In Some Lsc During That Year. P.s. I Got The Car Running And It Runs Great. Does Anyone Know If The T-bird Engine Bay Is The Same As The Lsc. I Am Still Looking To Put A 460 In It And I Know The T-birds Had A Kit To Do It

There were two different brake systems for the Mark VII. You have the first run, from 84-85. The ABS showed up in 86, which is an entirely different system.

There are differences under the hood between the T-Bird and VII, but you could put a 460 under the hood of the VII. It's way too much weight, though.

I Noticed That The Abs Light Is Covered With Tape So Thought Maybe Someone Took The Accumalter Pump Off And It Is Just Running A Regular Brake Setup. There Are Wires All Around With No Home. Looks Like The Junction Box Is Different Too. The Brakes Work All Right, Maybe They Thought It Was Easier Or Cheaper To Do This Than Get A New Accumaleter. Can I Put The System Back The Way It Should Be And If So Will Town Car Parts Work Or Should I Just Leave It Alone. The Abs Light Is On.

I am sure you can put the system back together, but it won't be cheap. And the only parts you can use are from a Mark VII.
