well i spent all day at the new house with a pressure washer going over my entire deck washing all the black mold off the wood and really brought the deck back to life, i then went to the front of the house and washed the driveway off and the garage floor. we didnt move all the car parts yet because i wanted to wash the new garage out first, well one thing leads to another, next thing i know i'm inside home depot buying a 5 gallon bucket of Eagle concrete and driveway sealer stain. i went with dark grey, i think it was a good choice. for $100 bucks how can you beat it, it looks awesome. but DO NOT DO THIS WITH THE DOORS CLOSED LOLOLOL i have the worst HIGH i have ever felt, it didnt hit me till i made my way out of the garage man this crap stinks. looks awesome though well worth it, got the 1st coat on, in about another hour i can go do the 2nd coat and call it a night. i know its almost pointless to paint a garage floor but i like things clean, the car will rarely ever be in the garage so it should stay good looking for awhile. not bad so far though...
i'll put up better day time pics when i get some more cleaning up done.

mighty fine looking garage there, it even comes with a house for the rest of your family. sweet.

Adleast your garage floor has a chance to live as it won't see any deposits of snow, ice, or road salt. Swimming Pool ---- rub it in. Nice house Jamie !!

thanks guys, it needs some cleaning around the yard, no one has lived in it since late september, i'm in the yard now trimmimg more palm branches back and some off the oak trees in the front, and alot of raking. i'm about to go out back with the mower and mow it now while its decently cool out, that will buy me time from having to mow it when it gets hot again. i'm gonna need a rider or a commercial walk behind though for the back yard i cant mow this big yard with my little self propelled, it will take for ever to keep doing it with that. well back outside i go, second coat in the garage looks awesome but it still stinks to high heaven!!

Congrats man! I love that style house and the aberrant shaped pool is awesome!

Me and the Wife are gunna start looking in the spring, I need a damn garage and a yard for these kids to burn that creative energy off in.

I stained my whole driveway and b-ball court this fall and then put down 2 coats of acrylic sealer. You HAVE to put down the acrylic sealer. I don't care what the concrete sealer stain says, you need the extra sealer. Trust me on this. The stuff that comes in the stain is not the same. You can use a garden sprayer to apply it but then I use a roller to get good even coverage.

I put down 20 gallons of stain and 4 gallons of sealer along with striping the b-ball court.

that is a pretty nice house, I think I know what kind of floor plan it has because I looked at one of those. It has very nice open feel to it. BTW I painted my floor in the garage also but mine started to come off when I started to turn my wheels i the garage. Hopefully yours will last I had mine painted red. you can see the paint chiping of where each tires are.

i'll never have a car inside this garage, its strictly for our shelves of car parts, and a table to pack them, only thing on this floor will be sneakers, thats why i have my shop for the cars!!! it is very open inside here, i'd post up some pics of inside but we still have all our crap all over the place so i dont want to look like a slob lol. i'm not doing anything inside until after christmas, the kids are just gonna tear it all apart anyway!

awesome looks great, the back yard needs a nice fish pond or waterfall....or just one hell of a party

A pond with a waterfall is even better when you have parties:D

now kk is not last post on this thread (does that child HAVE A LIFE???)!!! ..and, kool crib, much luck with it-ahhhh, a pool..........

renting, but im doing alot to it out of my pocket, most likely this will be home for a few years now, im so sick of moving around. i already have some drawings i did at my parents house, my mom has a nice drafting table so i drew up the back yard and i am going to be putting a swing set and play ground for the kids and i am gonna put in a nice regulation horse shoe pit, i have shoes and stakes already from the last house that i never ended up using because of limited space. i'm also on the hunt for an old 55 gallon barrel of vegatable oil, i wont use an automotive oil barrel, but if i find a veg oil drum i'm going to make a nice smoker so i can smoke up some meats when we're chilling out back. i just got a nice patio set for the deck so i can toss them cheap ass white plastic chairs, i got some really nice ones that fold with nice cushions and a 4x8 glass table and matching umbrella, i just have to pick the table up from my buddies house and get it home. i've been bustin ass here the past week i already did more to this house in a week than most would do in a year to a house that isnt theirs!! but hey, as long as i am paying rent its mine for now, so i'm doing it up my way!
