radar detection

ive been looking into getting one
but i want the feture that even if a cop dosent have a radar gun on you it goes off dose anyone know what this feture os called?
i know they use to have them but not sure if they were legal or not

or even if they know of a good one to buy

I had a scanner that detected the police band and it never worked too great. Only went off a couple of times for the time I used it. But, with a CB antenea hooked up to it, I could hear a lot of conversations. I listened to a high-speed chase on it once.

I am honestly a human police detector! Whenever me and my brother used to ride in the mark vii, He would be about to do something, I told him to wait a few minutes and bam! there was a cop coming toward us on a two-lane road, or there was a cop just around the corner. Then one day he was driving by himself and got busted for laying a PHAT patch in front of our highschool.

dude i feel lucky.... i just noticed that the traction control button is better turned off *evil grin* so i've been doing mad take offs and have yet to have a cop present.

back to subject... i herd that the "cobra 2" from wal-mart i think is real good, its a little over 100 bucks, dunno if its a cop detector tho

i need to get one tho
