radio help

So i had to disconnect my battery inorder to do some new wiring (not radio involved) the radio (factory) worked fine before, but now after the battery was reinstalled, i get a CD Error. I can't load, unload or play them. has anyone had this problem? any one know how to fix it? any help would be great!!! thanks guys.

I had this problem with my navigation. Their was some security process to get it going again. Like hold the audio button and turn the AC on and then off a press some other button. I don't remember the correct steps. Do you have NAV? This might not be your problem.

I do not have NAV. Nobody else has had this problem?? Great so i guess i am off to the dealer
