radio swap with navigation

This might have been asked before but, if I get the navigation unit without harnesses for a 2003 LS, will it fit in the 2002 LS no problem? I would just need the harness for the antenna right? Sorry if I missed this while I was searching, but I got alot of threads comparing and showing the different TYPES of navi.
