Random warning tones

Hello fellow LSers,

My LS (an 02 V8 non-sport) has started to randomly beep at me. It's the same beep/warning tone you get from the message center when the gas level is low or you need an oil change. But...no message appears in the message center after the tone. I get the tone at least once a day while I'm driving.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions?

Ive had my 02 LS for about 6 months and this has happened to me 2 times, dont know why but the same as you... beep and no message and everything its just normal
