Installed Rays kit today. Damn does this thing look good slammed. Hardest part of the install was fat hands and tight places. Other than that a great day.

Whats a ray kit?!?!:shifty: :D

A way to get down and then get it back up with just the push of a button. And it runs off of a 12 volt battery. Hang on MsM8tress, 12 volts, a button, up and down. Yeah baby.

What would happen if you did that with 275s? I guess the fenders would crumple.

I had the phone on my car, and in the center counsole theres a phone jack, i just removed the phone jack from the hole and stuck the switch in there.... Its only temporary though....

that how i did mine on my 96... now on my 97 i am going to probably make a small box and maybe place it where the cig lit is at. dont know as of yet cause i will have 2 switches but may switch it to 1.

Nope tears up the front end. And on my car the exhaust pipe before the axle is about 2 inches off the ground. I live in RI the potholes try to swallow the car at normal ride height I cant even imagine slammed like that.

I drove it about 20 ft slammed.... I hit a slight bump, and my magnaflow muffler scraped..... It was the worst sound ive ever heard in my life....

That was about as far as I went too. I had to try it out you know what I mean? It was way too jittery and just felt like I was gonna hurt her so i pumped em back up and left.

OK Hottie..You got lowered..you got oweid.....would you do it again? Ya'll are making me wonder now...should I get low????

I'd do it again tomorrow. This thing looks sharp slammed like that. I love it!! Once I get a little ambition I'm going to have to change my Sig pic.

I installed a Module 8 last week, gonna have to take some pics. its pretty ridiculous.

This kit isnt made for driving faster than 10mph IMO, But, if youre at a cruise and traffic is slow, that is a good time to drive slammed, or when youre parked at a show...

You could possibly.... If Ray is still even making these... Have him wire you up a second switch and set your timer relay to 5 seconds or less, that way you can have an "In Between" ride height. With the kit the way it is.... With one switch, the computer lowers/highers the front first and then the back, with one switch for the front and one for the rear.. you can lower the front first for 5 seconds or less and then you might have to hit the rear switch a couple times as it lowers much slower than the front due to lessened weight.

Hey ive noticed somthing. ive got the pearlscent mark 8 wit the ray kit and most of the people posting pics of the ray kit installed on their cars are the same color. i love this color is gen 2's. heres a pic of my car as soon as i was done installing the ray kit. fat hands and little place and a phone call to ray and i got it done. didnt take long and if i had to do it agian it would take less then 30 min to do.
