rear Break 95 continental

Hi i am having some sort of disater with my continental i have owned it for 12 months have had to change the rear bads 2 times but
the fronts pads never
the first time i changed the fron pagd i put new rotors and calipers on it
what could the problem be
why am i looseing my pads in the back so mouch

Have you tried to bleed the rear brakes yourself??? Does the fluid run out freely??? If not, read below!

Rear brake lines, the flexible rubber line. IF they have a CLAMP in the middle of them that attaches them to the strut, The clamped area in an older car will "collaspe" under the clamped area and will not let fluid run thru properly, only a dribble of oil will be able to get thru under pressure, hence after you take your foot off the brake, the rear brake pads will stay locked up for 10 minutes or so.. If you loosen the bleeder and you peel doesn't go down easily, Look at the rubber hose as being restricted! I've seen lots of them in the 91 thru 93 Continentals!

Also you may have a "Proportioning valeve issue" if you car has one, balancing the preasure from front to back! Hope this helps!
