Rear lower control arm bushing

I need my bushing replaced, and I have been getting off work late and the weather has been crappy when I do get off in time so I haven't been able to get the dimension for the bushings. I'm using http://energysuspension.com , I was just wondering if anyone knows the dimensions for the bushings so I can order them asap and not have to wait till the weekend to order

Be very careful before using urethane bushing on your controls arms. I tried a set of urethane bushings (Powerflex) and it was a disaster. The compound was way too soft and the car bounced and the urethane deflected and caused horrendous tire scrub. The Mono-ball bushes used on the control arms are very stiff and have no flex.
