YES the rear black neon was simply placed back into storage once you did not carry on. I only have one such black neon in perfect working order. Mailing is paid for on your side. I can drop the price to $285,000 to assist with the mailing costs.
1). Do you want an old ballast that is original and I am not sure how long it will keep working?
2). Do you want the new ballast - this one I prefer it stays on bright all the time. I use this one for both my marks. There is zero 2 system,
on and when the break pedal is depressed, the neon glows brighter.
My neon glows bright all the time. It is super cool.
