Rear Speaker question About 2006 Lincoln LS?

I must admit there is a ton of threads on the Sound system of the 2nd Gen Lses but I also admit I’m not to ambitious this weekend and want a straight to the point answer if someone can be so kind to help me out ...I want to replace my THX speakers in the rear with a new pair because the original are blown ...just replaced the fronts yesterday ...I see on YouTube there is a gentleman who put up a video on replacing the rear THX speakers and his 2004 has speaker covers already built into the back carpet of rear window ...my 2006 doesn’t have the speaker covers and the carpet is flush all the way around the back window ...just wondering how I can get the carpet up so I can unscrew the old speakers and replace and then install the new THX speakers? Here is a couple pics ...hope they might help to explain what I’m talking about..
