Hi Everyone; my 2000 LS has the dreaded re-end steering due to worn toe stru bushings. I have read many posts that recomend replacing the struts, but I would like to know if it is possible to replace just the bushings, and a source for them.

Regards,
M.R.

Its hard enough finding the strut rods. LOL I have never seen just bushings for sale. Bite the bullet and buy new ones. Best thing I did, wife hated driving car on highway. Now its nice and str8 and stable.

They're toe links, not struts. The "bushings" are not separate parts. You have to replace the whole link. You also have to replace the hardware (nuts and bolts). They are one time use and if you reuse them, they will come loose after a while because of the aluminum expanding and contracting.

I've had no problems with my nuts and bolts. That's what loc tite is for. I was kinda surprised they didn't come with new nuts. I had to cut the old ones off, kinda rusted.
