REar view mirror has a bubble???

i noticed it yesterday, im not sure if its from the bass that caused it or is it gonna go away, also my needles are skipping up and down, will my warranty cover this stuff

I had the same thing happen to me once. it kinda looked like oil bubbles, eventually it spread throught the whole mirror. thought it was caused by the extreme florida sun, but I'm not sure. Mine was covered under the warranty, but at the time I also had less than 36,000 miles. Which I think is the cut-off for cosmetic things on the warranty.
