Not really. Very simple to do, but you want to have functionality of the forward and back movement of the seat to access the front and rear nuts. Think they're 12mm, could be 13. Also, you'll have to remove the seat belt nut from the side of the seat. There is a cover you pop off and it's right there.
Do not let the belt retract all the way up - I had this happen to me and it locked up.
Don't disconnect the battery until you have all the nuts removed or else you can't move the seat.
You don't have to worry about the battery until you go for the electrical connectors. I didn't bother with it myself but it is always good practice.
IIRC, I had a hard time getting a socket and ratchet on the rear bolts, so I used it first and then switched to a ratcheting wrench because as the nut backs off, so does the ratchet because I believe the nuts are flanged. An extension for the front nuts makes it easy, there are little flaps of carpet that cover them, lift the flaps and they're right there.
