How do I remove the 03 LS grill? The clips is what I can't take off. Please help. Thank you

In addition to being the normal springy diamond shape, they have little flanges that stick out that hook the hood. Squeeze them with pliers and push them slightly out, one at a time. At least, that's what Gen 1s have

I knew it was the same style (given that grilles are interchangeable), I just wasn't sure if Gen 2s had the same weird tabs sticking out
Actually, I'm guessing it's an anti theft feature. If it was regular clips with no locking tab, you could probably pull the grill out enough to pull the hood latch or something. Unless the entire mechanism is under the little bib trim panel. I guess in the least, it'll prevent theft of your fuses
