I have removed the 4 bolts from the front passenger seat, i lifted up the seat and unplugged the electrical wiring from one spot, but they are still connected to the seat.

I dont want to break the plastic connectors. how do i remove the wires from the seat?

Well, at least Don remains consistent.
OP, I'm not sure what your concern is. Are you just talking about how the connectors are clipped to the metal of the seat with the plastic push pins? Just carefully pry them out. There is a tool that makes this quicker/easier, but it is not required.

So what's THAT mean Joe? You don't think the guy should be warned that airbags can deploy? You can't assume a person knows things that CAN hurt him. don-ohio :)Î

well, your words are "no airbags in seats" which a lot of people will take as you telling them that there are no airbags in the seats...

which would be perfectly consistent with you telling us how something on this car works, but as this car is different from a lot, tends to be wrong about THIS car...

if you really want to warn the guy "that airbags can deploy", you should probably tell him WHAT to be careful of instead of just saying no airbags in seats and to randomly be careful of something that CAN hurt him that he may NOT even know...

You're wrong! Don't misquote me by leaving out crucial punctuation. Can't see the QUESTION MARK there,Loud? I'm asking if there ARE airbags in those seats. Warning him to be careful. You guys need to read more closely.

oh I'm very aware that you did not know about the seats...

however your poorly worded "question" could be very easily mis-understood by somebody that is not familiar with the car or a lot of modern cars (like the kind of person that would need to be warned about the dangers of airbags) if you were really asking us if the seats had air bags, you might want to form your question a little better/clearer. maybe try something like "is there an airbag in the seats?" just putting a question mark at the end of a statement does not make a good question, you are missing part of your verb phrase.

also if you wanted to know if there was an airbag in the seats, you could simply look at the seat, a couple of really good clues are the yellow SRS harness/connector, or the actual SRS emblem on them...

I think the question was clear enough, for someone with some brains.LOL! don-ohio :)^)
