Okay, my better half works at Enterprise Rent-a-car here in Arizona for a few years and can offer any advice as to any inquiries you may have... Questions about car rental insurance, claims advice, insurance company advice(especially which ones to avoid), what rights you have if you've been hit, and any misc. questions you may have in regards to dealing with an accident that will involve renting a car...

Also note that if there is a huge flood of questions, we will try to answer in a timely manner but please be patient...

BTW - I always use Enterprise. They take good care of me and are priced well. And I always get a lincoln or a caddy from them.

They offer hand control vehicles with a minimum of 48 hours notice... Allows them to obtain the vehicle... Enterprise in Arizona do not carry vans with lifts... Other rental car companies might... You can generally get any vehicle you want with hand controls as they are reto-fitted with hand controls... Again you have to give proper notice...
