Do you guys no where to find a repair manual for a 2004 3.9 Lincoln LS?

You see the factory CD often on Ebay, works for me. They are time date and you have to move your computer date back, they are the most comprehensive.

I have the 2006 manual up on the web here
I think you will find it pretty applicable for 2003-2006 models (except there is no V6 information).
