Replaced a Old fuel Injector but now i ve got another problem

As soon finished the painstaking assembly of reinstalling the Upper intake manifold, connecting the wires, sensors and etc. I cranked the engine and let it run for minutes on end to see it make more smog than a damn factory. What went wrong here?

Good question.

If "minutes On End" is longer than 30 minutes then I'd say you were burning something other than fuel.

When we do the "five minute tune-up" and let a cleaning solution get sucked into the intake, the solution will stall the engine. We then let it sit and do it's magic on the valves and related parts. Start up is normally followed by about 15 minutes of neighborhood clearing white smoke. Temporarily crossing fluids during repairs is common. More than 30 minutes of burn off is not.

My cars have always gone clear in 15 minutes.

You probably got something into the combustion chambers when you yanked off the upper. Maybe coolant from the two small lines that go to the EGR spacer...?

Thanks for the suggestions..just moisture from outside built up inside the manifold and it cleared soon as filled up and let her idle for a few minutes and its cleared up. lol
