Hello everybody, I'm working on a 2000 Cadillac STS Seville for my mother-in-law, and I just replaced the front struts, and aligned, the old orignals recently gave it up. The car is an immaculate, garage kept, dealer maintained, (until I put the struts on, I have been an automotive mechanic for 35 years) otherwise perfect driving and car. It had a service suspension system code and I had a friend with a scanner checked and it was a co690 damper control relay circuit malfunction. Because the vehicle looks virtually brand new, has driven and served her so well she couldn't bring herself to trade it in when she purchased her new Cadillac a couple of years ago, but now she is forced due to a financial situation to sell the vehicle. Can anybody please tell me where to go from here ??
