Is this normal ride height with the car running?
trying to nail down a potential sensor issue.. Maybe, it just seems to be a bit high for me.

who not just adjust the height sensors, why do you think there is something wrong just because it sits a little high, my buddies 98 lsc sat like a 4x4 since he bought it, i adjusted the height sensors now it looks mine and everything works perfect, they made the height sensors adjustable for a reason!

yea but nothing has been played with, I was also talking to eddie and told him the check air susspension light comes on every now and them, he thinks it might be a bad vent valve in the pump itself.
Im just looking to get a second opinion on the ride height.
Thanks
Bill

oh i didnt know you get a light sometimes i will agree then about the vent valve its hanging up.

Here's the Gen 1 ride height diagram from the factory manual.

Measure from the bottom edge of the wheel to the wheel well lip.

The Factory Manual pics for the Gen 2's are a little different.

im so used to seeing lowered mark viiis i think anything stock looks like a 4 wheel drive. when they are all the way up they are like monster trucks lol.

so a Gen2 sits 3~ inches higher than a Gen1............

Hey, I just report the news, I don't make it. ;)

Those pics are right out of the factory manuals. Typo or just plain wrong would be my guess.
