Anybody using lowered coil conversion in which the rear end wags?
I never drove the car with the air suspension, I swapped the engine and
suspension conversion upon car purchase, so I have no reference.

The worst ride quality I have ever experienced over the decades.
Generally unstable, but 70+ really gets active on some surfaces.
The rear also likes to kick out when striking slight square edges or even surface irregularities. The kicking was from the get go, the wagging came later. Finally
after a couple years and worn tires in mild rain conditions, I couldn't exceed 45
without death being eminent.

I was sure to install new rear shock mounts. All new shocks as well.
Tire wear is even at all corners.

Rear sway bar, rear wheel bearings, rear end bushings? I had a rear wheel bearing go bad and it felt like the rear of the car was going to pass the front in corners.

Lift the car up and do a visual and physical inspection of the suspension. If your lower and upper control arms are shot in the front. Along with the rear bushings being shot and your sway bar is broken these things might all be contributing.

Until you actually check the suspension it is very hard to say, getting an alignment might also solve your problem.
