After arrest, he was held on no bond for about a year. Then after the preliminary hearing, the juge, one reputed to be quite tough, said there was very little evidence against him and gave him a bond he could make.

Anyone familiar with the courts knows, a judge doesnt reduce the bond like that unless there is very a low chance of conviction.

Not sure what you heard Geno - but they had little evidence. Nothing conntecting him to the crime except 2 bodyguards who were looking out for themselves. And all they said was that he wanted her dead.

I dont know if he did it or not, but I havent heard anything that makes me think he's slam dunk guilty.
