rough idle

Hello everyone, I have a 1997 Lincoln mark viii. Ever scene I have owned the car I have noticed when ever I turn the steering wheel at idle or do anything that puts drag on the engine at idle, the engine with shake and the RPMs will drop about 300. Its not a major problem but it just bothers me. It sounds like either a bad TPS or idle control value. If anyone has had a similar problem please tell me what you did to resolve it. Thanks

Idle control valve or vacuum leak that the valve can not compensate for. Money would be on the valve. Cleaning, as a long term fix, its not recommend. But try cleaning and see if it makes a change. If so, consider replacement.
