Here is my guide when it comes to peoples description vs reality.

No Rust: heavy surface rusting, bad floors, bad doors, bad rockers, bad window channels, etc...

Some Rust: Full floor replacement, rockers, quarters, window channel, doors and heavy surface rusting everywhere

Rusty: Beyond Fixable
