Rusting Oil Pan

Just found out my '97 Mark VIII has a badly rusted oil pan which could go anytime soon. Can't seem to find a reasonably priced aftermarket pan and would be willing to put on a good used one if I could find one. The car has 160,xxx miles - and runs as good as ever! Anyone have one for sale?

I've got one from a 98 that I would sell for $110 shipped without the oil level sensor. It's in good shape with maybe some minor surface rust. Let me know if your interested and I'll post some pics.
