"Salt Dreams" the movie????????

Awesome they are finally doing something with that car...i posted a long time ago about that...but never got any updates on it....btw i have the newspaper that has his story in it...here are some pictures i took of the newspaper. pretty cool :)

also....My car was a Katrina car...got about 6 inches inside the car,cleaned the carpet every day for a week with pressure washer and purple power,did just fine. I had to get new seats because the wires were all corroded and tracks were locked up.
Everything else was fine though.
 
I read a story about the car a while back... there first trip out didn't go so well if I remember correctly...

because that was the car they had that had gotten flooded.

That car got whacked/flooded by one of the two storms that kicked the crap out of La.

They aren't that far from me, and they are supposed to be bartenders somewhere down there.. I should go "check em out"

If I remember correct the gen 1 actually has a lower drag coefficient.

has a slightly less overall frontal area, but I think the difference is fairy insignificat.

example 1 was .34 and the other was .33 something stupid like that
I'm feeling to much like Frogman to go dig up the correct numbers.

Indeed ..For The Win!.. They may be slower from the factory, but still have just as much potential as the gen I's .. i have beat several modded gen I's in my 98.. ( not to say i havent beat a few modded Gen II's as well though).. Either way, they both have a heart of gold.. and a soal as black as hell!!!!
