Which size fitting screws into the schraeder valve? I'm going to be running a stainless steel hose from my schraeder valve to a custom fuel pressure gauge setup.

Male or female ? -4 AN,-6 AN ?

Remove the schrader valve and it is 1/16" male pipe thread you need. NOS makes a brass adapter to fit - 1/16" male NPT X 1/8" female NPT. Most line extension connections, AN adaptors or guages are 1/8" male NPT.
