Dmaup's Daddy
Hey guys, I went and test drove a different car today. Here are the specs.
2000 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible
Black with grey cloth interior
LS1 / 6speed
3.42 Posi rearend
36,000 miles
Every option that I can think of. The car has been VERY well maintained, and I have known the owners of it since I was a little boy. Not a blemish on the paint, or in the interior. hell, the guy was such a stickler, he put brand new Z rated 275-40-17's on it, when he got a nail in one of the old ones.
Now my dillema.
I don't like going over to the camaro board as much as I do here. The amount of younger people show when you try to have a coversation with em. I really like my 95, and has a TON of stuff done to it, that I would hate to get rid of. I like the fact that I can load up the car, and go for hundreds of miles and not even fidget for the entire trip.
The SS is smooth in it's own right, but you can tell the suspension is a bit rougher. Nothing too bad, but noticable. 27-28 MPG out on the highway which is damn good for 350 HP.
Anyway, thats enough rambling.....help me choose, cause the 95 will have to go if I decide to do this.
