that will never work, no mstter how hard they try, they will have to hire every single hacker to remotely try to make this work... what a moron
 
I've heard/read a little bit about this in the tech press, and they're not talking about a mandatory system, just one that could be used as a "trusted" identity source. I'm not sure if they're talking about doing something like OpenID, which you can use for authentication when logging into a Web site, or if they're just talking about something you can use to verify that you are who you say you are.

Of course, I believe that BS about not creating a centralized database about as much as I believe "we're from the gov't, we're here to help" or "the check is in the mail." :bsflag:
