Does anyone know what size of belt I should use if I bypass the airpump as mine is seized. Can I run it without the airpump hooked up?

I don't know what size belt for you to use, but the car will run fine without the airpump hooked up. I would imagine you would have more trouble finding a belt that will fit than getting a used airpump from a junkyard. I think almost any 5.0 of that era will have the same airpump.

You can get a new pump from AutoZone for $20. Otherwise you'll want an 87.5" belt.
