Several problems with 2003 Lincoln LS V8

I have a 2003 lincoln ls V8 sport edition that has what seems to be an electrical problems. All the issues started at the same time so im guessing they all are caused by a single problem. The issues are the following: reading ETC Engine failsafe mode, check Transmission, and service park brake. Traction control light is on and ABS light is on as well as park brake and check engine light. It wont read my speed. Where it tells me my mileage it is all blank and has an E in the window. Also not reading the outside temp. I've been reading posts and some same its coils or throttle body but they dont mention having the other issues that i am. It drives ok can pick up speed just takes time. Please let me now if their is a single cause or someone who figured out the issue. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

The single point of failure for all of those is the CAN data bus that all the computers in the car communicate on. It could be as simple as multiple shorts in the wiring or a failed ABS module. Your problem is at a level that you will likely be best off to find a good Lincoln dealer and get them to diagnose it for you.

Thanks, yea everyone is telling me that I will need to take it to the dealership

No idea what you'll pay, but my Lincoln dealer charges 80 bucks for a diag. It's pretty much a 1 hour shop charge.
