I promise to nicer if you promise to be smarter.
Alright... I'm bored, I admit it. I'm sitting at the shop, already pulled the gauge cluster out of my F450 and put it back together - I wanted to see about changing the light bulb under the "drive" gear indicator. It's red. It annoys me. That, and I wanted to see what kind of connector it takes. I've got people working on seeing if I can slap in a 2011 gauge cluster and reprogram it.

But... the new clusters, they're all SMT LEDs. I don't have the skill or equipment to work on SMT.

But I digress...

I haven't changed my avatar in... well, years.

Should I change it?

Now, I may not change anything.

I have a alternative suggestion...

1. Got the full sized flippers. Don't need the miniature ones.
2. Check. Got one of them too.
3. Don't have a decal. Got a nice worn Budweiser, though.
4. Read the pamphlet.
5. Already get them.
6. Got it.
7. Oooo.. A coupon! Me likey coupons.

I think number 2 fits your "character". Is that 202 KM or MPH?

You post a tease of 202mph and won't share the video? Dude, that sucks. I'd love to see that rocket.

To answer your question, don't change the avatar. I like the biker chicks.

I bet it is 2:02, that the laser display is set to time - and frog just photoshopped out the colon... ;)

2 is good, but as stated, all others but #1 will lose their value when shrunk.

This one seems more appropriate, although it probably wouldn't scale well:

Frog might want to install one of these

mig1.jpg

Russian 'MiG' aircraft clock with 12 hour trip and stopwatch function.
These clocks have been designed to withstand speeds of 1800 mph and altitudes of up to 100,000 feet while pulling 6G’s.
You can buy them...

Always thought it would be cool - in something a bit more retro though than what we see in Frog's photo... He can probably electronically check a lot more closely than an old analog gauge.

That is so bad ass!
