This is just plain CRAZY if you ask me
What's next? Would they go after our members/vendors like LMS or LS KONCEPTS?
If anything I would assume they would be glad for the free ads of their name and logos. Their names only describe what they sell and or install. And to think some of the aftermarket stuff requires some OEM parts so what would they do when parts sales drop? oh yea layoff more people cuz the money don't come in to pay them <-sarcasm

that is some bs. i know of two shops close to me with mustang in their name. im gonna file against everybody with my name and say they are violating my name. guess the oldest alex will win.

I would open it up again as a Mustang stable have a few hourses and some stuff and just happen to sell mustang car parts

It seems that big companies get so greedy that they have to take it all! Give me a freakin break, That little shop helps to support ford. As much as I like ford's this will drive me to never buy one again! Ford needs to worry about producing cars that people want to buy not this BS.
