I was just curios as to why there are so many ppl on this site and yet there doesnt seem to be alot of new threads? For example I posted and answer to a question and no one has replied to that thread in almost a month and the thread is still at the top of the list. Just curios.

Some times it depends on where the thread is located and what it is about.

The Mark VIII, VII, and LS Forums are very active.

Sometimes you need to find an active member who seems to post more technical info and sometime PM them with your problem.

Maybe your post either: 1)Nobody knew how to answer it. 2) Located in the wrong section. 3)Nobody wanted to post to it

I think there are so many things to do here, and with future enhancements the msg board will just be a "part" of the site.... I'm constantly looking at photos and PMing people as well... speaking of which, I have a VBGarage to update... :(

strangely, I get complaints sometimes about how many new posts there are.

Politics has died down, so arguing over Reps/Dems/Indies, and Elections is over.. I bet that was 25% of LvC :p

Not at all - here are the new posts by month

Average for Jan and Feb is 263 posts per day

A lot of the thread start on one topic and morph into several topics. This is typical of a new board - an will settle down over time.

It makes searching topics hard but there is alot of knowledge already in here.
