Alright ladies and gentlemen. I came across what was claimed to be one of the nicest LSCs left out there, but it has a bit of an illness. When I drove the car, there was a slight shuddering on the shift from first to second. Upon further inspection, I found both the brake fluid and the transmission fluid to be dirty. The transmission fluid smelled burnt.
Now, this is a no-brainer. The transmission is obviously going to need some type of repair in the future, but this is more of a personal question: Should I ask the seller to chop off the price because the car will need repair, or should I just skip the whole thing altogether?
I also noticed that the car has an aftermarket stereo, which is NEVER a good sign for a car. Otherwise, the car tested and inspected fine.
