I am buying the SLP Loudmouth II mufflers (basically resonators) from my friend who has them on his 99 cobra. He is re-doing his exhaust and is getting Loudmouth I mufflers. He is selling them to me for $100. I would be looking at $200 shipped if I bought them online. They are stainless steel so I do not have to worry about corrosion or rust. He has had them on his cobra since June so they will be broken in nicely.

His car absolutely screams with these mufflers. They are a straight thru muffler and are quite loud. Although are exhaust set-ups are completely different, it is still a very loud muffler, a bit louder than Bullets. They are 2.5" inlet/outlet so it will go perfect with my custom system. My mark is going to sound alot different from other custom exhaust Mark VIII's, I do not know anyone anywhere running SLP mufflers on a Mark VIII. So I am very excited to see how this will turn out.

My complete system will be (for now) from the two main cats: 2.5" stainless steel X-pipe (from supercoupeperformace..delivered today) 2.5" mandrel bent piping into SLP Loudmouth II resonators in the rear with the stock Gen 2 tips welded on.

Here is a pic of what the SLP Louthmouths look like: http://www.americanmuscle.com/slp-loudmouth2-bullet-mufflers.html

Those are awesome mufflers, my friend has the Loudmouth II catback on his 97 Cobra and it sounds great. He has stock headers and midpipe and his car sounds about as loud as my no muffler 98 LSC. Nice deep aggressive sound and you can clearly hear the 4V DOHC gurgle.
