Smoke from under the hood?

I have a 2000 LS and after i drive it for maybe 15 mins and it warms up smoke starts pouring out the hood. it comes out from the back of the engine on both the left and right sides it has a oil smell to it and once in awhile it has a burning plastic smell. anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the smoke?

is it coming from up high on the engine? could be valve cover gaskets...

Almost 200% certain its the valve cover gaskets, my 02 did the exact same thing when oil dripped onto the exhaust manifold.
