So how are your weight loss goals going?

Mine are going well, I have dropped from a high of 318 after Thanksgiving to 288 now for a loss of 30 pounds. My goal is to get as close to 215 as possible by the end of June and to be able to run a 5K race. I've gone from only being able to jog .15 mile (pathetic I know) to being close to a mile now (not as pathetic) and my strength in weightlifting has shot way up over 2 months ago. I even taught myself how to swim so that I could use the full size pool at the gym. So how are those goals going for everyone else?
 
Good. I went from 220 to 205. The fat loss was more than 15 pounds though, I gained a lot in muscle. I'm 6'3-6'4. I'd say I'm in good shape now.
 
Track season is just about to start I should be back to under 180 lbs by the end of April. Rignt own I'm about 190-195. Major goal to not hit the 200 lb mark.

Scott looks like your attemp to get that record is getting close.

was at 255 now at 235. lost most of it in the first 2 weeks, now i dont see anymore going. i need to workout alot more. oh im 6'5
 
I keep tellin myself to start, but i guess im a little weak minded. I gotta start. Its my "Drag racing weight loss plan" if i can drop 100 from 310, i should be gold. But its that first step, its HARD! lol.

okay then, i have no goals. 230 and fine with that
 
I Started at 155, and have gained 11 in 2 months. By the time I'm done I would like to be about 220-230. I HATE looking like a starving ethernopian, and am trying to do something about it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not weak or anything like that, I just would like to be a bit bigger. 6'3" gives you alot of frame to hang something on. I just upped my protein intake ALOT, and have been using my buddies bowflex for the entire time.

At the beginning of the year I started at about 150, now im up to 160 and my biceps have gotten 2 inches biggger lol. Im in the same boat as mike.
 
I'm down 6 more pounds to 282, and that was without losing any weight while I had the flu for a week and a half. I hope to be down 40+ by my birthday on the 7th.
