Mine are going well, I have dropped from a high of 318 after Thanksgiving to 288 now for a loss of 30 pounds. My goal is to get as close to 215 as possible by the end of June and to be able to run a 5K race. I've gone from only being able to jog .15 mile (pathetic I know) to being close to a mile now (not as pathetic) and my strength in weightlifting has shot way up over 2 months ago. I even taught myself how to swim so that I could use the full size pool at the gym. So how are those goals going for everyone else?
